I’m Allie, Co-Founder and Growth Strategy Lead at Saleshift. I'm a passionate consultative sales enthusiast! Saleshift is built on real-world sales experience, genuine connection, and a belief that great sales should feel less like pressure and more like progress.
I started in retail management, learning how to help people make confident decisions. That mindset carried into my first B2B role in 2016, where nearly eight years in the window and door industry taught me the real drivers of growth: strong relationships, consistency, and trust.
From there, I expanded into new industries — roofing, outdoor structures, PPE, and safety apparel — each one strengthening my ability to adapt, sell with empathy, and build lasting partnerships. Those experiences shaped Saleshift: a business built on clarity, humanity, and forward momentum.


I’m Shreyas, co-founder and sales systems lead at Saleshift. Years in outside sales taught me a simple truth: people aren’t broken — the systems around them are. I’ve worked in environments where reps gave everything they had but still struggled under unclear processes, scattered information, and constant pressure. Those experiences shaped how I approach sales today.
I’m wired for structure in a human way. Clarity reduces stress, and predictable systems let people do their best work. Everything I build has one purpose: to make work easier, calmer, and more consistent.
